Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines and rates are shown at checkout based on your location. Subscription orders ship automatically at your chosen interval.

Subscriptions

Subscribe & save orders renew automatically and can be paused, rescheduled, or cancelled at any time before the next billing date from your account or by contacting us.

Returns

If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery athello@drinkvantra.com and we'll make it right. For health and safety reasons, opened consumable products may be non-returnable except where required by law.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement.
