About

Creatine, reconsidered.

Most people meet creatine as a tub of powder on a gym floor. We thought the most-researched molecule in nutrition deserved a clearer, more honest home.

Why we built Vantra

Creatine is backed by hundreds of studies for strength and exercise performance, with an excellent safety record in healthy adults — yet it's still sold mostly as chalky powder framed for bodybuilders. We wanted three things the category rarely delivers together: the full studied 5 g daily dose, a format you'll actually keep up with, and radical honesty about what the science does and doesn't show.

The ritual: dawn to dusk

A single 5 g effervescent tablet would be too large to dissolve cleanly, so we split it: a 2.5 g Dawn tablet (citrus) in the morning and a 2.5 g Dusktablet (wild berry) in the evening. Two small pauses, a clear drink, no shaker, no chalk — and the full clinical dose by the end of the day.

Honest about the science

Creatine's role in cellular and brain energy is well established. Whether it sharpens cognition in healthy people is still being researched, and we won't pretend otherwise. We'd rather earn your trust than oversell a benefit. Read where the evidence actually stands in our science overview and Learn library.

Obsessive about purity

We use Creapure® creatine monohydrate, test every batch, and publish a Certificate of Analysis — see our standards.
